CIS worked with Panattoni Developments on the design and execution of one (1) double sided monument sign to compliment the complex. The sign offers high visibility to the South-west corner of the property, showcasing both the complex branding and offering tenant exposure.

Our scope of work was to supply and install one (1) double sided non-illuminated tenant monument sign. The structure is fabricated out of 2”X2”x3/16” aluminum framing cladded with aluminum and wood panelling to match the building. A 6″ square HSS steel pole in fastened to a grade beam and pile cap to hold the sign in place. Each tenant panel is 1/4″ white acrylic with vinyl graphics to suit each brand, the panels are stood off the base with 1″ stand-offs. The complex letters are 3/8in acrylic letters fastened to the wood panelling on each side of the structure.
