Description

CIS worked in partnership with Melcor Developments on the execution of various branded signage for Greenwich in Calgary. Our scope of work included two (2) double-sided pylon signs and two (2) circle-shaped channel letters for the building.

The fascia signs are 71″ round face illuminated channel letters that are direct wall-mounted; they are fabricated out of 2″ trimcap for added durability, 6mm ACP backs and 3/16″ lexan faces with digitally printed vinyl graphics.

The pylon signs were fabricated to match the customer provided spec. The body of the sign is cladded with 1/8” aluminium cladding, custom painted with a matte & satin finishes. The double sided cabinet is fabricated out of an EX-7 frame with divider bars and blank lexan Plastic and 1.2W white LEDs (114 Lumen/7000K). The Channel letters are Face & Halo-lit: made out of white acrylic faces, white 2“ trim cap, white 5” Return, white plastic backer, pin-mounts and stand-offs [1-1/2”]. The faces are applicated with a digitally printed vinyl to match the complex branding. The interior of the sign has two 10”X10’X1/2” HSS Steel poles, mounted to concrete foundation.

In addition, we worked with Melcor Developments to create their signage criteria package for tenant signage. We have a trusted relationship with the developer and they value our expertise in the signage industry.
