The Ice District

We worked with Probus, One Properties, Katz Group & Dialog to plan and execute the Ice district identification, parking and tenant signage for the building. A great amount of pre-planning occurred to ensure the final execution and “behind the scenes” were a smooth process.

The West and East elevations both have projecting parking signs with digitally printed branding and push-thru elements that are illuminated with white LEDs.

The East and South elevations both feature Ice District branding fabricated out of face-illuminated channel letters, and custom push-thru tenant panels.

-East star – 10ft x 10ft x 5in deep

-East tenant boxes – each 7ft 2in x 2ft 3in x 3in deep

-South star + letters – 23ft x 15ft x 5in deep

-South tenant boxes – each 12ft x 2ft x 3in deep

-South projecting parking sign – 29ft x 5ft x 1ft

-South horizontal parking sign – 3ft x 32.5ft x 6in

-West parking sign – 33in x 33in x 7in deep
