Trail Appliances

We worked in tandem with Trail Appliances and Scott Builders on the exterior signage throughout the construction phase of their newest 165,000 sqft warehouse for Trail appliances in South Edmonton. The company was looking for prominent signage to offer optimal visibility along the busy corner of 50th Street and Whitemud Drive; we acheived this by designing and executing on two (2) custom freestanding signs and three (3) illuminated fascia signs that unite the massive building with the company’s brand. 

Monument – One (1) double sided, LED-illuminated monument sign featuring channel letters and push-through elements with digitally printed vinyl graphics. The wooden cladding on the base of the structure matches the cladding on the building. We also provided the concrete foundation and grade beam.

Pylon sign – one (1) double sided, LED-illuminated pylon sign featuring channel letters & blue flexibrite accents along the horiztonal reveal sections. The large icon on the top is fabricated using Signcomp and a digitally printed graphic on flexface. We also provided the concrete pile.

Fascia signs – Two (2) elevations of LED-illuminated channel letters with a combination of digitally printed and stock coloured vinyl graphics. The large icons were flexface stretched to fit a custom built signcomp frame; these needed to be fabricated into two (2) sections for tranportation and installation purposes. The “Trail Appliances” letters are fabricated out of trimcap, coil, acp backs and red plexi faces. All of the letters are illuminated with white LEDs.
